they are cry babies, cuz they dont want to be copyrighted... whats the problem... they have every right to sue, but whats the point? they are still a band, they still are going to wear the masks, and people will still be fans... get over it... not that i like burger king doing such an action, and i would sue over it, but why make the case public... it just makes em look stupid...both sides...

but then again, burger king probably didnt want to pay the band to use their likeness, but wanted to identify with that type of band, so they did what they did. it just gets those types of concerts more advertising, so the band gets more coverage, and if i was in a band, i wouldnt necessarily be ticked off at free media coverage , but... bk shoulda done something different...like hold a benefits concert with half the price of the new chicken fries goes to some major charity, and use the band as to get attention to the event... :dunno
