I think I'm actually enjoying this debate more than the 'easier' one 
it's nicer to have a discussion about something I have a genuine opinion on, rather than something I've had to try and make up an opinion on.

:homo: I struggled in the first round because of that and I'm probably going to get creamed in the second round for the same reason. I am a passionate person but I know next to nothing about the majority of these issues we're debating. As a result, I have no opinion and I find it difficult to defend a position if I have no opinion. :ninjaI think I'm actually enjoying this debate more than the 'easier' one

These debates almost make me wish I had decided to go into criminal law like I had thought about doing. But only almost.
Sorry for making you wait. I'll post my response shortly. I've been debating Survivor whenever I've been on this evening but now I shall concentrate on capital punishment. 
I did go to Law School. Left after Year 1.
Criminal Law was the class you got to go to in exchange for having to go to Contract Law and (shudder) Property Law aka "Dirt Law".
Enjoyed Criminal Law. Survived Contract Law. LOATHED Property Law.
