Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I think that about covers it.

I think the KKK is still active.....Certainly the Westboro Baptist church is active. Why not the Nazi party.

I don't think there is anything noble about Communism/Marxism at all.

In fact I do not think they have any redeeming elements to them in total.

If the Nazi party came to control in the U.S.A. wouldn't their fundamental ideas conflict the Constitution? So it might become the 'people' versus what the Constitution says...

I like Socialism is a good idea, even in reality. Americans love to show how much Communist societies suffer, but fail to show anything they do good at all. Democratic societies have alot of shortcomings but noone criticizes that now do they?

You really make my head hurt... if the Nazi party were to control the USA, they would still be bound by the rule of law in the nation. They could offer amendments to the Constitution, but they would be required to operate within the current bounds of it. Granted, that doesn't seem to have stopped the Democrats, but that's another story all together.

I think you mean "current".

Sorry, I couldn't resist.
