Health emergencies often require restrictions for safety. Should governments enforce strict measures, or prioritize individual choice? How can both be balanced effectively?

During the covid pandemic, we were in lockdown and a lot of people started questioning about freedom of choice, but I think in a difficult situation like this, it is ok to limit personal freedom

I think some limits can be justified during serious public health crises, but only under clear conditions. When individual actions can directly harm others like spreading a contagious disease, temporary restrictions can protect the wider community. In that sense, it’s not just about personal freedom, but shared responsibility.
