Should parents control teen screen time strictly or allow freedom?

Too much control can create conflict, but too little may lead to unhealthy habits. Where should the balance be?

I this day and age there should be a limit on screen time for kids. I know back when I was a kid, I didn't play video games all the time my parents made me go out and play with my friends too. These days it's harder to control your child's screen time since they probably use computers at school daily.

I think parents should strictly control screen times for the kids below the age of 16 years. I think kids above 16 are old enough to determine what is good or bad
