Some believe all speech, even offensive speech, should be protected, while others argue hate speech causes harm. Should there be legal consequences for hateful rhetoric, or does banning it set a dangerous precedent? How do you personally define hate speech?

I don't believe in absolute freedom or absolute freedom of speech. I believe freedom should come with certain restrictions. But defining hate speech is also quite tricky. Something that is hate speech for you might be "truth" for others.

Hate speech harms individuals and communities, so I believe it shouldn’t be fully protected. Free speech is vital, but it must be balanced with responsibility to prevent violence and discrimination while preserving respectful dialogue and safety.
