Should evolution be taught in school?

I think just because he's a car, that doesn't mean he no right to be taught!!

I had a boyfriend who failed Chemistry in high school because he refused to sit in class during the evolution lessons. His parents also wouldn't let him watch Mutant Ninja Teenage Turtles or Care Bears when he was a kid either. Go figure.

I took chemistry in high school. My teacher didn't cover evolution. Although he did in biology. My parents wouldn't let me take biology because of that. I also took an intro to science from the same guy. Some kids had to leave the class and go to the library when he got to sex education. I was relieved my parents allowed me to stay in class for that. I would have felt like a little kid if I had to go to the library.

I see no reason why evolution should not be taught in school. Mythology is already taught, isn't it?

and I was the quite guy in the back who could tell you how many were tiles on the ceiling and floor which desks where out of place and which girl had the cutest feet and look at a list of spelling words for 5 seconds
and remember everyone of them cause I could see the list in my mind
