No, no, no! You can do it by phone, but you can also do it via mic on your PC/laptop. There is an option on the tabs.

Just create an account and click the button to create a voice blog. Then click the Microphone tab. It may give you a little window asking you to ALLOW the mic to be used. It does for me. Then when you are ready, click the Record button. VOILA!

You can erase and re-record til you get what ya want on it!
