I was talking about PROPORTIONAL stats, ie, 1 in 1000 ect.
You never gave proportions. You just said "holland has less". Where are these proportional statistics?

I'd be weary of these stats James. Its counting anyone under 20 as a teen, while true, isn't very fair. Many people in the military get married at 18 and have kids. I'd like to see teens 17 and under and not married to be fair. Its also from 1998, hello new decade.

Well I don't know about that. We have a far greater population, ALL of which (aside from Native americans... which, actually, immigrated across alaska at one point or another) are immigrants from other nations, cultures and ethnicities at some point or another.

I absolutely do. One mistake could lead to a lifetime of misery(pregnancy or STDs). Someday you may be lucky enough to have beautiful daughters and you too may have an issue. Its easy to think otherwise if you don't have kids of your own. Also, when you turn 30 your outlook on life changes quite drastically. What you think you knew at 20 was only a 1/4 of what you have learned in all actuality. But you already know everything, right?
Which is why I'm a virgin still. Condoms or not, I do NOT want kids. I would kill myself if I had kids.
I'm not being an ass or anything, its just a fact that Europe is in a far greater ethnically diverse area than the US, and naturally their melting pot is by far more diverse. Europe has a total of around 719,785,096 people right now.
Thats why you educate them on proper methods of contraception, because in all reality they could have had sex already and you just don't know about it.
