Some serial killers killed prostitutes and justified themselves by saying that they were making a better world (just an excuse to kill, but anyway). My point is, if killing criminals makes us safer, why would we put people into prison or even death row because they do the same?
One more time: that the system/goverment does something doesn't make it good
