or come and stay with me for 6 month and you will lose weight but you need to wanted that much

with out any diets my husband lost 25 kilos in few months and he was eating everything
only thing he done was finally listen to what i had to say :D

I'd recommend South Beach, too, and men lose weight so rapidly, it won't take long at all. Cut out refined sugar, starchy foods, saturated fats, cut alcohol and liquid calories for a while and you'll be set.

i wouldnt do south beach, you need all those things, you can cut them out. Starch is the best source of energy you will get for a start, you need salts and sugars to, get a balanced healthy style and go out for a run or a walk instead of useing the car and you may still have those pounds but least it will be healthy.

Starches are just code for bad carbs, which are different from the whole grains and fiber we need, which South Beach does not restrict for long. Refined sugars are unnecessary for healthy living. One can get healthy carbs and sugars from green leafy vegetables and moderate amounts of fruit. Salt is in meats and whatnot, South Beach is well balanced for long-term healthy eating and weight loss.
