Apparently they haven't fixed.....two of their masts are not working...hence the reason why I am still getting cut off plus slow speed internet to make dial up look fast

One of the disadvantages of British internet is that the lovely British Telecom have the pleasure of being a private company controlling the communication lifeblood of the country; which the tax payers paid for. So don't expect them to get off their arse and do anything, because they can literally do what they want, when they want.
