I think children should wear seatbelts.. they don't have the reaction time or the skills to react ..

Myself, I won't wear a seatbelt.. Never have and never will..

Do they save lives.. yes sometimes, But they can also cost lives also.

I think if they were referred to as life belts, it would subliminally make more people wear seatbelts. Anyone agree?

Put on your lifebelt. Put on your seatbelt. Which makes you feel safer?

Thats why the named them lifevests. More people are inclined to wear them. Especially if they can't swim. Unfortunately everyone thinks they can drive as they're tearing down the road in 3" of snow.
