Furthermore, during the process of immune reconstitution, we found evidence for the replacement of long-lived host tissue cells with donor-derived cells indicating that the size of the viral reservoir has been reduced over time. They won't... I hate to be a downer and a realist. They have meds that basically make the HIV virus dormant. But it costs up the ass to buy and only people like Magic Johnson can afford it! Do you think it'll be any different if they find a "cure"? It's population control.
