Yep... they're finalizing the paperwork, all that's left to do is have the selling company get back with us so we can set up the time to go do inspections and whatnot. I might not get it until after the 28th, but as long as it's not my fault that it doesn't close by the 28th, I pay nothing extra.

Hey James, that's great news - your own castle.

Take your time doing it up, you don't need to do everything at once, remember quality over quantity - besides it will be very satisfying when you finish in a year or two.
