or what she claims was she didn't want her family in the spotlight, she couldn't deal with all the heat that was being sent her way.

Any politician could say that. .Look at all the mud that was slung at McCain about his alleged love child? Even though it was widely known (at least here in AZ) that he had a adopted Bangladesh daughter. All politicians run the risk of having their families drug thru the mud. The fact that she couldn't handle it (if that was really the reason) is another reason why I wouldn't want her any where near the White House. Where's her resolve?

I'll be honest, Palin is the reason I didn't vote for McCain.

Seriously? There are some people that you can watch and you just know that they aren't all there.

I mean put aside her stewardess looks and her accent and just listen to her. She has no substance, her knowledge of her chosen profession is severely lacking.
Take a moment and watch every interview she has ever given, there isn't anything there at all. The only thing left is to make fun of her...

And the quitting argument is a legitimate one. She was governor of Alaska, she left the people who voted her in high and dry. It's not like she was moving on to greener pastures, she flipped Alaska the bird for her own gains.

Yesterday Fox News’ Glenn Beck interviewed newly minted Fox “analyst” Sarah Palin for his entire show. During the interview, Beck asked Palin who her favorite Founding Father is. “You know, well, all of them because they came collectively together with…so much diversity in terms of belief but collectively they came together to form this union.”
Think Progress » Palin says her favorite founding father is ‘all of them.’

You have to admit that has to be the best political answer given..

Seriously, with answers like that she will soon be back in the race for the top job in no time..
