Ingredients

.51lbs spinach
1 tablespoon of Frontier Garlic 'N Herb Salt Free Blend
1/2 Tsp of red pepper flakes
1 pinch of salt
tsp of mustard powder
one jalapeno deveined and deseeded
6oz of Fage strained Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of almond milk


Wilt the spinach in a large pan
Cut the stem off jalapeno, cut in half and devein and deseed.
Dump the wilted spinach into a blender
Add the jalapeno and the rest of the ingredients and liquify

Saag is my favorite food. I love to make saag but i never tried this rice idea. Its a new idea for me so i will try this soon.

I do not have idea about that. I eat spinach salad. I am very sure that recipe is not hard to prepare. That might be tasty and nutritious.
