Robots increase efficiency and reduce human error in industries. Still, job displacement and high upfront costs create tension. The field continues to evolve with better designs and AI. Will robotics help or hurt the workforce long-term? How do we retrain affected workers?

I believe this can be an opportunity. Machines will do labor and human do the thinking. Machines will work in danger zone where as humans will monitor machines from a comfort zone

Robotics in industry is both an opportunity and a disruption. It boosts productivity, safety, and innovation, but can displace low-skill jobs. The key lies in upskilling workers to manage, program, and maintain robotic systems.
