Thats kinda the point. Is it stupid yes! I feel for any woman who goes through that...especially if they go back (whatever the reason). Sometimes its not so easy to just turn away and leave forever. All to easy to get sucked back in. Especially if they have no one to turn to. Obviously the woman who goes back has no self esteem. It takes a lot to get away and stay away. And a lot of years past that to heal from it, and rebuild the self esteem.

Tell the guy to get ****** lost, file a restraining order, and if he ever comes back, shoot him in the head in a act of self defense.

Problem is, you're right, it's a screwed up symbiotic relationship where misery usually loves company. How many times has a woman failed to show up at a court case against her abuser only to have herself killed by the same man she was supposed to be in court against?
