I agree that might be rich men that may buy whatever they want and wherever they want, and yet being as eccentric to build such sculpture, but if I would have all the money of the world and would like to show off how much I hate someone, I wouldn't erect a monument, I would send some guys to give the jerk spouse a lesson directly
