if we think locally we inevitablly end up acting globally, the trick is for more local thinking, the more people are kind to their neighbours, the more that knocks on and before too too long the chain crosses over borders and the world becomes smaller

That is quite true around here. We have several elderly neighbors and try our hardest to help them along so they can remain self sufficient and stay in their own homes. Too many people just ignore those who need a little hand now and then.

It is said that attitude and actions reverberate around the world like ripples in a lake. Have you ever noticed that there are days where everyone you deal with seem to be in a good mood or a foul one? (with exceptions)

These acts cause a more positive atmosphere and while they may seem small at the time, the reaction is huge!
