I've lost well over 100lbs without ever setting foot in a gym, and I work full time and attend graduate school full time with long ass commutes, family drama and a puppy in my sole care. It's hard to balance everything and keep my obligations fulfilled but I truly have to admit to myself that every single day I have at least 10-20 minutes every day I can dedicate to some sort of act of fitness, and if I tell myself I don't have any time at all, I'm lying.
