Dont forget to give people reputation. If someone makes a good post, click on reputation and tell them why you gave them rep. You can find reputation under someones name. Its the one that looks like a scale. Below is an example where you can find it.

i have been giving it out. question though, how much reputation do you have to spread before being able to give the same person reputation another time. a few people make multiple good posts and i can't give them the rep for it.

that doesnt quite make sense - in the old system, we had to give something up to get or give a new title. how would it work with rep?

Thanks Heather. What heather said was accurate. We are gonne use rep to CASH in to get custom titles, ect. Basically use it the same way we used tokens.

Well, That just means that you have to post really good threads to get peoples attention, so they can give you rep.

I.E.. I dont like who has top rep, so I will give rep points to so an so bcse I like them better..

I just know this became a really big problem on another board I used to be on, People would give and take rep based on how they felt about the person??
