If you find a spam post, or something that's offensive, you can use the little icon at the top right of their post to report it. Leave a note as to why you're reporting it - and it will show up as a new thread in the moderators room for review and discussion.
From there, the staff may choose to ignore it, take action, leave an infraction (which work like points on a license that expire - may eventually lead to temp or perm bans for users with many infractions).
