I can read ALL rep.. That is something that the admin can do.. The mods and site mods cant.
With that said though, I havent read peoples rep. I just notice that alot of people have been at each others nerves lately and I KNOW that rep makes people feel better. I also know that I havent gotten any rep in a few days either... SO.. I just figured that alot of people wasnt receiving rep.

Thats exactly right. Or atleast that is how I feel about it. When I get rep, I smile. So I figure other people do too.. And with all the tension on the site, i figured it would help some.
