Mosquito repellents don't repel. They hide you. The spray blocks the mosquito's sensors so they don't know you're there.

Oh snap Darrell. I have wasted alot of time wondering around skyrim. Maybe you chould answear me a question. I know a ton of shouts. Just I can't use them. Does this mean I have to consume more dragons. I have to say this converstion would seem weird to an outsider.

You have to equip them, did you do that? Also, you have to unlock them in the magic menu under shouts.

Okay, so bring up the shout menu, and highlight each shout and hit SQUARE (for PS3) and it will unlock it, as long as you have a dragon soul to spare.
