So this fucking lady just called me. She is flipping out because she doesnt know how to use the online work order tool. The tool that was developed to walk any fuckin idiot through placing a work order. She wants to do a name change, but wants the work order to reflect the name she wants her name changed to and not the fucking name that is in the system.........WTF? She starts getting shitty and cant believe we are so incompetent. WHAT? IM NOT COMPETENT? YOU FUCKING IDIOT! YOU ARE ASKING ME FOR HELP WITH A FUCKING WEBSITE THAT IS MORE USER FRIENDLY THAN FUCKING COKE MACHINE AND IM NOT COMPETENT? I wanted to shit down her throat and hope that it passed into her soul. There is nothing worse than a fucking moron calling you a fucking moron. Sorry to chew yer ear off...:willy_nilly:

I don't think I could ever do a job involving PR. People take advantage of the fact that you're not allowed to get nasty with them. If I worked in a shop and someone started being a shit I'd probably end up jumping over the counter and lamping them!
