Florida, you can be fifthteen. And get you're license. But you won't be able to drive in states where the driving age is older.

I live in Florida. You have to be 15 to get your permit, and then once you've had that for a year, you can get your license, so you can get your license at 16. Also, I'm pretty sure that once you get your license, you can drive, regardless of the legal age in other states. I'd hate to think that if I had my license, and drove to California, and their legal driving age was, for example, 18, that I couldn't drive home, because I'm not legal.
