Hi Maria - no, not been to one, but it's the comfort eating I do that's making me put weight on, plus the fact I started eating anything and everything just about, after I packed up smoking. The dr had a go at me at the time and told me I had to pack up smoking. They never give you the help to keep off the food afterwards though!

I eat pretty healthy in my meals, but then the quiet evenings come in or when I am here, I pick at snack foods :eek I need food patches like I had for packing up smoking - that would be good. Failing that, it's willpower I need more then anything. I am useless at that too.

Yeah, well it is 2 in the morning here! Nice to see I'm missed though.
