its a 4 door vehicle, and its dented in at the drivers side back door. and a little on the back quarter panel. im guessing its atleast 1500 damage.....i guess i could have gotten the police to come to the accident but we could both drive still.

well if it goes through as her fault her insurance will cover it. i have collision coverage so if it turns out to be my fault i have to pay 250 deductable and my insurance covers it. and ofcourse my insurance would go up. i think even she knew it was her fault.

Yeah, but without a police report now you are hoping that she states that it was her fault. Unless you have the witness and her both say that it was.

hmm, i dont know if she will say its her fault, but i doubt she'll say it was mine. its hard to tell given the situation. i know the witness will say it was her fault. so i dunno
