Ever been outside hooking up jumper wire to screw terminal pins in -8 degrees? lol I know what you mean, but for me it's a lot easier to stay warmer than it is to cool off. In the winter I'll usually have 4-5 layers on.

It was 94 out today, my tshirt was soaked by the time I got done loading and unloading all the wire/copper pipe I took to get recycled.

Drank four glasses of water too.
