That's why they should be deleted after 6 months of not posting maybe.

deduct like hell from the payment. if its the building's machine, then he is responsible... and thus, you do not get the full anemities if he dont fix it, thus he dont get the full payment.

in addition to that, we were promised off street parking, and now because of the snow, people are parking in our lot. We're pissed.

Not really any details to give. I'm in a great mood...and I prefer to look for the positives in life than the negatives...so, my day has been superlicious so far.
