Well, not now. Croissants from scratch take for friggin' ever, so I'll do it when I have time. Which isn't now, and isn't tomorrow (I'm getting my wisdom teeth out--yeah, now), but maybe if my mouth feels okay, we'll see about Friday or Saturday.
