good job heather.....and I'm coming down in weight too....I've 6% body fat in the last 2 months which equals close to 30lbs....I was pushing 270 when I started now I'm down to 242...I was stuck at 250 for a while...I don't eat fast food anymore except for maybe the salads and I've cut beer out and really don't drink as much....you'd be suprised how much that helps
