yeah its been doing it for a few months now just shuts off or freezes for no reason...fucking sucks

and on top of that i hate comcast...stupid assholes wont help me figure out how to login to my email from the main screen i should be able to...they just keep giving me different addresses to type in and im tired of it...i'll be back in a bit im about to go talk to service help and flip on em

first main screen to login on is comcast.net...doesnt come up anymore

then they told me to go to...comcast.net/home.html ....icon for logging into email isnt on that site anymore....

next there was comcast.net/webmail ....i cant login there anymore either...some shit kind of errors on the first and last one saying it conflicts with my fucking security software keeping it from uploading....wtf!!! I have the fucking comcast security how can it not work with comcast home page.

Yep, they do. When I went out to Seattle thats what I was stuck with. Their cable dvr software they use blows and the cable modem seemed to be slower when playing xbox live. I have Time Warner now.
