How comes my rep doesn't work on others? I gave a spammer something negative, but nothing shows up!

it depends on how much rep you yourself have. the more you have the bigger the effect it has on peoples. and i think it takes atleast 100 points to get 1 square. so if your rep doesnt give atleast 100 points then you see the square but he still got the points

There is another way you can do it - you can click on 'User CP' at top of the page, then scroll down and you will see your reps and the comments you have been given - it tells you there too, how many reps points you have.
