I figured it up, Nicole, my fiance (whom is a teacher) works is at school about 1200 hours a year. Of that time, she has students about 800 hours a year. Now the standard work year for a full time employee is 2000 hours. So working out the salary differences, she's making pretty damn good money on the hour....

I know i know, theres more to teaching than just showing up to class, im just pointing out how much they work (its more of a joke between us).
 
it doesnt matter what you believe in, it matters what you know. and you know that i know that you will get through whatever it is you are going through, and you will be able to look back on these hours, and smile, knowing in the future, that whatever comes your way, you will kick its ass, and then kiss it, if necessary :)

My dad and I sat down and figured out that my starting pay plus insurence works out to be really good for someone just starting out. Granted, I won't get much of a raise ever but I'll take the insurence any day.
