Hi all.

Well, I actually made the effort to go out for a little while tonight, it wore me out as not got my strength back yet, but was nice to get out - just a non-alcoholic few drinks in our fav pub, after a subway. I was bloated after a 6" subway! Not really bn eating since the flu - yet. No doubt it'll happen soon.
