Pick up a smokeless ashtray.. they work decent enough it would keep the smoke from getting out of the bathroom.

^^ditto to that...specially cause i cant even really take a night off and drink a beer...beer always kills my stomach

even though thats what im doint tonight...i know i will regret it shortly

so cigs...necessary right now...till i find another stress reliever

yeah bagel...i know...thats honestly been a strong thought for me lately...i want us both to be here for her as long as possible... no reason to make life any shorter...I just havent gotten a chance to talk to bo about it yet...if i try quitting it has to be with him...otherwise i dont know if it'll work

shit...plus my hands are so freaking dried out since she came cause whenever i smoke i always wash em' before touching her so i dont get it on her face or anything

get a moisturizing hand sanatizer..less dry more clean ..somehtign from bath&body works would be best

yeah gotta get something...only problem is anything i use right now kills...they're so dry they are cracked on the knuckles...i put lotion on the other night and it turned my hands beet red cause of open cuts

Just use a baby lotion.. its soft and gentle on your hands.. and its safe for handleing her with.

ilove hte lotion we use for riley..my hadns are so damn smooth now lol..from after hsi bath earlier..lol.. i work a labor job.that involes calous causing hand tools..yet my hands are smooth and soft..lol..

I have always used Baby lotion, its good on the skin and I like the gentle non-perfumy smell of it. Its the only lotion I really ever use regularly
