I need to get the 500 to the realtor asap, but tuesday they're supposed to let us know on my offer.

If everything works out and I sign my life away to this house, I take posession on March 1st.

That will give me 31 days to move out of this apartment. (lease is up on April 1st.)

The house needs some work, and maybe i'll post up the pics in a new thread, but damn it's fucking nice.

It's over 2100 sq feet covering a main floor, second floor and a basement, a 1048 sq foot three car garage and a gravel driveway.

I offered 47k on the 43k asking price with seller paying closing costs. BDN and my current roommate will be moving in. I just need to scrounge up a frige as my parents have a stacked washer/dryer combo in their basement ready for me to take free of charge.
