I just would like to point something out. Girls, you're the new ones. You've come into an established community that is very tightly knit, and you're insisting that you want to change the board. Maybe we don't want to be that kind of giant community?

I love this board because of the people and through getting to know them, I consider the people here to be my friends; people I can go to for sound advice, who will listen when I have problems, and to whom I am all too happy to offer the same.
