Don't they use celcius in England? So -6 is... 21-ish F.
Here it's -13F with windchill (or -25C).

Yes it would be. But, compared to other temperatures, 50's not that bad.

Haha, my little brother just signed our mom's birthday card for both him and our older brother. He signed is name really tiny and signed our brother's as ChRIS. My sister and I can sign normally.
