Talking to the dogs isn't as bad as what I do.
I'll talk to inanimate objects sometimes. for example; If I'm trying to punch down some wiring and it's not sticking on the pins I'll tell it to get it's ass back on there, or something of that such. I've had customers comment about it. haha

I talk to inanimate things all the time. It happens when you spend a large portion of your day at home with nothing to do. I name things too.
The doorknob of my bedroom door is named Wellington, for instance. And my pink fleece blanket is named Galinda. My comforter is Elphaba. I named all my bed dressings after characters in Wicked. Haha

Uh....oookaaaayyyy.......um, I was going to say that I talk to inanimate objects in the same way James does, but Leland.....??? Actual naming the objects?!! Uh...Uh.....Uh.......??? Just kidding, right?! Yikes!

Generally there is a theme. My bed's theme is Wicked (so there is a Galinda, and an Elphaba, and a Fiyero, and a Nessa Rose). My body pillow is Fiyero, of course, because he's a hottie before he gets turned into a scarecrow! :tongue:
I have nothing else to do. Oh, I name paintbrushes. The ones with prettier names are the ones I like better.
I let my Zen player talk to me while I'm at work. It tells me stories, sings me songs, and sometimes it'll show me pictures 
I was on the phone with direct TV before reporting efffffed up service and the woman thought I was talking to my children.. hhahahhahahah what can i say? until i have kids, the pugs are my concern!

So I get my electronic bill notification for my insurance today, for some reason they switched my due date to the first. So now I gotta get that changed to the END of the month. I'm not paying my insurance from my last check, thats my rent payment check. They're messin with my system!
