My head pounds almost daily.
Have you been to see what causes it?
i know what you mean. I barely designed one roof. Glad my boss is on holidays haha.

Useless? Talking to good people and hanging out is useless. I got a lot done today. I was productive for about almost 3 hours.
Nah. I did have three beers last night. I don't know if that had anything to do with it.
I take an aspirin a day and drink too much caffeine.
Hmm, well 3 beers I am sure didn't do anything with it. The caffeine should prevent getting headaches, but what do I know. I am only telling you by my own experiences.
Well what I mean is that I usually have 2-3 dr peppers a day, today the pepsi was out at taco bell so I got Sierra Mist (with no caffeine). So aside from the DP I'm drinking now, I've only had one all day.

I drink coffee in the morning. Atleast 2 cups black, so I guess I get my caffeine that way so I don't know about non caffeine headaches.
Awww - I used to have a headache that felt like my head was exploding so fierce every day, for months - went to my GP, who referred me to hospital clinic. The specialist there told me the muscles were going into spasm in my head. Strangely enough, she prescribed me anti-depressants for it. She said she didn't know how, but for some reason they found out they just worked. Well, I wasn't that impressed and wasn't happy taking them, but used up the 3 months supply. They weren't all that, but then after a while the headaches subsided.
I do still get headaches, but not too often anymore. I get migraines though every so often, but not as often as I did.
I don't drink caffeine much and never really been a big drinker of alcohol and don't smoke anymore, packed them up a good few years ago now luckily. Used to have a lot of caffeine - definately doesn't help and not good for your blood pressure either.

My wife had a horse accident a couple of yrs ago and she gets neck aches which leads to back pains occaisionally. The Dr's told her that she would have migraines for the rest of her life, but she hasn't had a one.
Well, James. Tired now and it's very quiet tonight on here, no-one else about now, so think I am gonna turn in. Get yr head reasted or you'll be sick as a pig if it gets worse.

Yes, she did. She gets neck and back pain every now and then, but she is a trooper. She will ride with it even with the jolting that goes on.
