I like how my neighbor was setting off firecrackers at 12:45 am... Fun stuff.

The other night some guy around here set some off while I was taking out the trash.

I think anyone setting off fireworks should have to notify anybody who's been in a combat zone within 5 miles. It seriously scared the hell outta me

Not quite. But a few weeks ago I was running listening to my Ipod. There was a slow song that all of a sudden had a loud drum beat that sounded like a gunshot. Without even thinking I dove on the ground Took me like 3 seconds before I figured out what the hell was going on :24:

My dad was telling me this story about one of his old friends who went to Vietnam who tagged his head on the picnic table in our backyard when he instinctively tried to duck for cover when someone lit off a whole slew of firecrackers about 20 feet away from him.

War really fucks people up sometimes.
