I just started my new diet Monday .. I'm loving it. I just had grilled shrimp, a spinach salad w/mushrooms, mozzerlla cheese, and italian dressing, and lima beans YUM! And a double raspberry ice cream bar for dessert.

I'm drinking a zero calorie, zero sugar raspberry sparkling water thing I invented right now. It's fab.

Diet!! Why a diet?

I'm doing the south beach diet thing. So far, I think I'm gonna like it. So much you CAN eat .. and there are barely any portion size restrictions.

edit-because I need to lose about 10-15lbs .. I'd like to wear a bathing suit this summer lol. I didn't get to last summer. Or rather, wouldn't LOL.
