i hate that too alicia... i just lay there and drive myself into a panic attack sometimes with my thoughts...

its thundering now... that helps to put me to sleep sometimes...

well i have a sound machine...it's better than just complete silence...but then again it doesn't help that much

sometimes i'll lay in bed for over an hour to try and fall asleep.

I used to have to use one of those cuz all you could hear was dogs barking where I used to live... now I have the highway behind me... which I make believe its the ocean waves and it works
