I would super charge it instead. That's what I want to do to my Si. One of the Civic's biggest short comings is lack of torque. A super charger will help that more than a turbo will.

We had been engaged for a few months but hadn't planned anything yet. Then we found out he was headed to Iraq and I had just under two weeks to get everything sorted out. We got married by the chaplain on base with my parents there. I wore dress pants and a nice shirt. It worked for us.
Saved a whole buttload of money and hassle too.
