I'm pretty lucky I only have to get petrol once every 6-8 weeks. I can walk most places from where I stay, I just really use my car as a runaround to work or my folks.

Yeah, gas was up to $4 per gallon not too long ago. It's VERY rare to see it get below $3 per gallon now.

its $3.39 here now...but have heard rumblings it may go down as low as $2.50 by Turkey day....

Converting litres to gallons...we pay the equivalent of $4.90/gallon right now, and that's on the low side.

We haven't hit that high yet....earlier on they were saying we'd hit $1.50 by the summer, but with oil taking a nose-dive lately, maybe we'll get a bit of a break at the pumps.
