so, tell me again how technology helps my job. when technology goes down and there is nothing you or anyone on your team can do to help you out. This includes the boss man who took out every wire and plugged and unplugged everyone of them and put the wires in new areas and telling me not to reboot/restart/shutdown my computer. and then to find out that I was not attached to the computers working system because the team leader who worked earlier in the forgot to do his job by attaching me to computer i was to use today.
